"The Balsanera" is a documentary that portrays the process of "La Balsanera," a floating productive refuge that explores possible solutions by reclaiming local artisanal techniques while enhancing the active and productive participation of occupants in communities where strengthening resilience and sustainability is urgently needed due to rapid urban growth.

I wrote this script from a poem that I have many years ago "memories are like zombies that rise up at every corner" I wrote the script and a few years later, I was able to direction to the film, thanks to many people who joined the project.

This is the story of a girl who when she turns two is given two chairs with which she has to carry the rest of her life, tries to fill one with her presence and the other with other persons.
